Terms of Service
These Terms govern your purchase, download, activation, and use of TactiPlay. By purchasing or using TactiPlay, you agree to them.
1. Product
TactiPlay is a macOS application for creating hockey video analysis and telestration. Features may evolve over time.
2. License
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TactiPlay for your own professional or personal coaching work. Unless a plan states otherwise, one subscription supports activation on up to two Macs used by the license holder.
3. Restrictions
- Do not share, sell, sublicense, or publish your license key.
- Do not circumvent activation, subscription, or device limits.
- Do not reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use TactiPlay to violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Recurring billing continues until cancellation.
5. Trial
Where offered, a trial provides temporary access under the same restrictions as a paid license. Checkout states when billing begins.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel through the subscription-management link supplied by Lemon Squeezy. Unless stated otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and the refund policy shown at purchase. An approved full refund may revoke the associated license.
8. Updates and compatibility
We may provide updates while your subscription is active. Compatibility with every video format, hardware setup, macOS release, or third-party application is not guaranteed.
9. Your content
You remain responsible for the video and other content you process and confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
10. Availability
We aim to keep license services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TactiPlay is provided “as is” and “as available”.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of business. Total liability will not exceed what you paid for TactiPlay during the preceding twelve months.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate a license where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, payment reversal, a security risk, or a material violation of these Terms.
