TactiPlay is designed to require as little information about the user as possible. This Policy explains what information may be used when operating the application, website, trial, and licensing features.

1. Registration and contact information

You do not need to create a TactiPlay account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other contact information to start a trial, activate a license, or use TactiPlay.

2. Technical information

Limited technical information relating to the application installation and version may be used to operate the trial and licensing system, verify the authenticity of the application, maintain security, and prevent abuse.

This information is not intended to identify you by name, email address, or other contact details.

3. Videos and projects

Imported videos, TactiPlay projects, telestration data, and exports are processed locally on your Mac. TactiPlay does not upload or store your source videos or projects on its servers.

The only exception is when you choose to send us a file, project, or other information as part of a support request.

4. How technical information is used

• to provide and verify the trial period;
• to activate and validate licenses;
• to operate application and server-side functionality;
• to protect the service against fraud, automated attacks, and other abuse.

5. Third-party infrastructure

TactiPlay may use third-party cloud infrastructure and security services to operate certain server-side functions, deliver the website, and protect the service. These providers may automatically process standard technical information required to complete network requests and maintain security.

6. Retention and security

Technical records are retained only to the extent and for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the trial and licensing systems, provide support, and protect the service against abuse.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information used by the service and its server infrastructure against unauthorized access, modification, or misuse.

7. Support requests

If you contact support, we may receive information that you voluntarily include in your message or attachments. This information is used to respond to your request and resolve the issue.

8. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated when TactiPlay, the services it uses, or its technical infrastructure changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
